Shipping policy

Orders are made to order and begin production after purchase.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days. After production, shipping generally takes 10–15 business days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 13–22 business days from the order date.

We currently ship to Israel, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and supported countries in the European Union. Available methods and the exact shipping charge are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Production delays, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak periods, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
